All of the furniture at The Furniture Loft sells at 20% - 30% less than the large conventional furniture stores. While we certainly retain significant buying power from our wholesale partners, our showrooms are not the largest you have seen, nor is our building of exorbitant value. It is that modest, rural overhead that allows us to pass further savings onto you. Every time you visit us, you’ll be sure to find another outstanding value.

Where exactly are you located?

The Furniture Loft is about half way between Cambridge and Salem on NY Route 22 - 4 miles north of Cambridge and 6 miles south of Salem. Just south of the Burger Den - on the corner of Kenyon Hill Road.

The Furniture Loft’s selection is carefully chosen from numerous wholesale and manufacturing partners, insuring a reasonable assortment of styles and prices on the showroom floor to choose from - and even more available via special order. No matter what you purchase, every item is backed by the manufacturer’s comprehensive guarantees, warranties and service programs as well as our own guarantee.


I saw an item in another furniture store, but I do not see on your website - Will I be able to purchase it at The Furniture Loft?

Most probably YES! Stop in to see us with the make and model # of what you’re after and we’ll meet or beat any other stores regular price.


Can I see all your available furniture in the store?

Not all of the furniture we sell is off the showroom floor. In fact, even though we stock numerous brands and styles, over 50% of what we sell has never been on display and is a special order. Stop in and see all that we can offer you- you’ll be pleasantly surprised.


What if I decide that I'm unhappy with my special order purchase?

When you purchase from The Furniture Loft you’re covered by a return policies that guarantees your satisfaction.


Will my furniture be assembled for me?

All of our furniture is fully assembled.


When will my order be delivered?

Most items can be delivered in days, and at the Furniture Loft you’ll know the date before you leave the store.


How much does delivery cost?

We will gladly deliver your furniture and/or appliance for a nominal fee. Most deliveries will be completed within days of your purchase.
